The importance of employee financial wellbeing

Money is the biggest cause of stress in the UK

The worsening cost of living crisis and impending pensions crisis are cause for concern for many.

Attract and retain the best talent

Offering a financial wellbeing service can help you to remain competitive and retain your best talent.

Boost employee productivity and focus

Surveys show that three-quarters of the UK workforce worry about their finances once a week.

The Gary Walker Wealth Management Financial Education Programme aims to help you support the mental wellbeing of your employees by helping them understand their own financial circumstances and empowering them to make informed decisions about their finances.

Our Financial Education Programme can dovetail with your longer-term employee wellbeing initiatives or be presented as a standalone project. The core workshop programme engages your employees and allows them time to relate to their own situation by considering four life and career stages. Our workshops are delivered by accredited St. James’s Place representatives; all are experts in this field and engaging presenters, so you can be assured that the sessions will be both stimulating and effective.

All our workshops are complimentary and are delivered by our local financial education experts.
